Rules of the Rink
- Helmet, Gloves and Shin pads REQUIRED for Stick & Puck & MUST be worn at all times
- Full Gear Required for all pick up hockey
- No Checking
- **NO Exceptions** 18 yrs and under MUST wear a full shield or you will not be allowed on the ice. **NO Exceptions**
- All Players MUST sign in & pay before getting on ice
- No Spectators Allowed in Players Benches
